The College offers a caring and supportive community to cultivate a healthy attitude to life. Teachers all work together for the spiritual, emotional and psychological well-being of the students. The College Chaplain, the Guidance Mistress, the School social workers, the Educational Psychologist, and the careers Master all play important roles in pastoral care, providing specialist guidance to students in all personal matters.
The College is also supportive of the principle of inclusive education. For many years, the College has welcomed and assisted visually-impaired students. A number of them have gone on to higher education and become leaders in the community.
