Educational Outreach Programme organized by SCAD HK
St. Paul's College is pleased to announce that the Head of Visual Arts, Ms. Michelle, and Visual Arts teacher and Advisor to the Photography Club, Ms. Yuen Wing Yan, have been selected to take part in the Savannah College of Art and Design Outreach Education Seminar, to be held from 24th January to 29th January, along with four other selected school teachers from Hong Kong.  The seminar will take place in Savannah and Atlanta in Georgia in the United States.

SCAD is called the 'University fro Creative Careers', and is one of the few premier visual arts universities in the United States.

The seminar at SCAD will include facility tours, workshops, and numerous lectures from faculty concerning how to incorporate 21st century skills into high school classrooms.  Participants will share intimate meals with faculty, staff, and students, and be given opportunities to learn more about one of the most creative and dynamic universities in the world.  St. Paul's College has been collaborating with SCAD Hong Kong since its beginnings, and has develped a positive relationship with this global arts university.

We congratulates Ms. Lee and Ms. Yuen on having been selected for this fully funded seminar, and look forward to seeing how they will incorporate the cutting-edge visual arts design methodology into the St. Paul's College VA curriculum.
