Artist-in-Residence 2013 Mr. Alessandro Cadario (Italy) 



Invitation to the Open Lecture 'A Cappella Pop Repertoire for Choirs' 

The Music Department is holding an Artist-in-Residence programme from 23rd 
June to 6th July 2013. The esteemed guest of the programme this year 
is Mr. Alessandro Cadario, a conductor and composer from Italy. 

Mr. Cadario will be holding composition and beat-box workshops, as well as 
coaching a Hip Hop Choir that is formed by choir members from St. Paul’s 
College and St. Stephen’s Girls’ College. The Hip Hop Choir will perform 
on 6th July 2013 at the St. Paul’s College Summer Concert ‘La Famiglia’ 
at the Lyric Theatre, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Tickets can be 
purchased from 6th June 2013 at the HK Ticketing’s box offices and through 
internet ticketing service at www.hkticketing.com, or by calling the ticket 
purchase hotline at 31288288. 

In addition, Mr. Cadario will be giving a free open lecture on ‘A Cappella 
Pop Repertoire for Choirs ’and
