Our Prefects' Journey: Training Camps and Workshops for Leadership Excellence

Our Prefects have been busy improving themselves since August. From the 23rd to the 24th of August, we held our Prefects' Training Camp at Cheung Chau Don Bosco Youth Camp. It was a great success, and our boys had a productive and enjoyable time. There were many team-building activities that promoted cohesion and bonding among the prefects, as well as various tasks that honed their leadership skills. Overall, it was a very educational experience, and our boys had a well-organized and fun camp.

Furthermore, on 24 September, our school social worker, Mr. Jacky Suen, hosted a conflict management training workshop for our new Prefects. This was a crucial workshop as it trained the boys to handle student conflicts in various scenarios, such as incidents during recess patrol or in a classroom setting. After this series of training sessions, we are confident that our Prefects are well-equipped to handle the issues that may arise in a busy school life.
