Leadership Training Workshop for Our Constitution and Basic Law Student Ambassadors

On 27 April 2024, three Constitution and Basic Law Student Ambassadors had the privilege of attending a leadership training workshop. The primary objective of this workshop was to equip our ambassadors with the necessary skills to organize and promote school-based learning activities.

The workshop consisted of two sessions. The first session focused on activity organization. Through engaging group discussions, each team was tasked with developing a comprehensive plan that outlined the objectives, content, and timeline for their proposed event. Demonstrating creativity and teamwork, they successfully presented their plans and received valuable feedback and suggestions.

The second session centered around activity promotion. In addition to using posters and social media posts to promote school events, the ambassadors learned the significance of delivering captivating headlines and speeches during school assemblies. Through various group tasks, they honed their skills in crafting compelling speeches and delivering them in an engaging and memorable manner.

By the conclusion of the workshop, participants gained a newfound confidence in their ability to organize school events and effectively communicate their ideas to a larger audience.
