Sad News: Mr. Thomas Cheung (Class of 2003)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a member of our College’s alumni community. Mr. Thomas Cheung, a firefighter and alumnus of the Class of 2003 (F.5) & 2005 (F.7), passed away in the line of duty yesterday.
We will remember Thomas for his courage and selflessness in battling a fourth-alarm blaze in an industrial building in Ngau Tau Kok.
Thomas joined our College in 1998 and completed Form 7 in 2005. As an outstanding basketball player, he was twice presented with a certificate in recognition of his numerous contributions to the extra-curricular life of the College. Many of our teachers and alumni will also remember Thomas for his helpful, giving and generous nature.
Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to the family, especially during this difficult time.
