Distinguished SPC alumnus receives Award for Young Artist 

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Yeung Yan Lok Felix, an SPC alumnus, was presented with the Award for Young Artist in the Hong Kong Arts Development Awards, organized by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. The award ceremony was held on 21 April 2016 at TVB City.

Felix Yeung, a Form 7 graduate of Class 2006, now works as the Provincial Music Director of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui, alongside his commitment as the Music Director of Die Konzertisten, a local chamber choir which performs a wide-ranging repertoire of music.

The Award for Young Artist which Felix received was in the category of Music, and it was given to him in recognition of his musical talent and his contribution to the local arts scene.

Apart from this accolade, Felix Yeung has also been honoured by his another alma mater, the Royal Academy of Music in the UK. As one of the distinguished postgraduates, Felix was elected an Associate of the Royal Academy of Music (ARAM) in March this year. The ARAM is awarded to alumni of the Academy who have made a significant contribution to the music profession.

The College extends its heartiest congratulations to Felix Yeung on his outstanding achievements.
