The annual Biliteracy and Trilingualism Composition and Speech Competition, jointly organised by the Rotary Club of Hong Kong Island West and the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers, has been a highly selective contest for local students.
Competitors have to go through three knockout rounds of writing, group discussion and impromptu speech in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
This year, we are very proud of Ng Truman Toby (5C) for reaching the final round (senior section) of the competition.
He scored two awards: a Merit Award for finalists and an Outstanding English Composition Award.
Congratulations to Toby on his double achievement!
