2019 United States Scout Adventure Tour

A week following the 24th World Scout Jamboree, 21 scouts from our 10th Hong Kong Scout Group, together with 9 scout leaders, went on a journey to the West Coast of the United States from 2 August to 14 August to enrich their understanding of the American culture and appreciate the beauty of nature.

In San Francisco, the Group visited the headquarters of the Boy Scouts of America San Francisco Bay Area Council and participated in an exchange activity with their Scouts.

The highlights of the tour included visits to numerous natural scenic spots, such as the Death Valley, the Antelope Canyon, the Horseshoe Bend and the Grand Canyon.

It was wonderful to see the boys so engaged throughout the tour. The Group hopes to organise another adventure tour in the future.
